The Perfect Height For Toddlers

Many of the sand and water tables for sale are made for 3-year-old kids and above. I think this is ridiculous because much younger toddlers are just as interested (if not even more so) with this kind of toy.

Now the Step 2 Sand and water center stands at only 21 inches high – that’s short enough for children as young as 24 months to play with. We bought ours when our son was only about 18 months and that was just right for him (we used rice instead of sand though).

It Comes With A Lid

This is very important. We’ve had sandboxes before that got left out in the rain and got so wet that we had to buy a new sack of sand. Never again with this sandpit. The lid is very easy to take on and off.
