Chip timing by White River Sports using the Winning Time chip technology will automatically adjust finish times based on start wave.
Marathon registrants will not be allowed to drop to the half-marathon after completing one lap of the course. Marathon registrants who stop after one lap will not be included in Half-Marathon results. All registration changes must be made by 9:00 p.m. on Friday, June 19, 2009. No race day changes will be allowed.

Special Safety Note: The course features Wisconsin dairy land nestled against the Penokee hill range. The course offers a scenic mix of hills, flats, curves and straightaways.The course is an exciting course that will challenge skaters of all abilities. It is not advised that beginning skaters register for this race and all registrants should have experience and be comfortable with skating. All skaters should use extra caution. This caution includes re-installing skate brakes on 4-wheel skates if they have been removed and wearing elbow and knee pads.
Helmet and wrist guards are mandatory to participate in the event (participants must be 15 or older). Knee and elbow pads are recommended. Inline skates only. NO roller skis, ski poles, baby strollers, baby joggers, automobiles, skateboards, bikes, bandits, pets, or little red wagons. Headphone use is prohibited.
For Lodging information:
Camping is available in Ashland and Mellen.
However camping is not allowed in the Town of Marengo including the St. Paul Church property.
